While no derailment is good, this one looks like it was at a relatively slow speed, so the private SOXX cars can probably be repaired. On the plus side, crushed stone in Texas averages about $15.00 per ton, so the Loss & Damage claim should be modest. And, since stone is not hazardous, the spilled contents could just be spread out along the embankment.
