| The local switcher on the Norfolk side of the Chesapeake Bay awaits the ferry from Cape Charles which is due at 1600 hrs. This is one of the few railroad ferry services left on the east coast. Bay Coast Rail took over the Eastern Shore Railroad in 2006. |
