A high rail flatbed truck equipped with a crane makes an appearance on the West Point Route during a maintenance blitz. Notice the cart carrying sections of rail being pulled behind the truck, as well as the crosses for drivers involved in grade crossing accidents at nearby Chadwick Lane.
