The cabs from a Baltimore & Ohio S4 and a Conrail C630 sit among the detritus of reclaimed steel at "Scraporano." Naporano was not fan friendly, but on Sundays it was closed and there was a back gate often left open. While the S4 dates from 1953 when it was B&O 541, the Century was only 13 years old when it fell to the Scraporano torch. It began life as PRR 6320 in 1966. Apparently that CR cab lasted for some years more, with a for sale tag on it.
