| Picking up orders. C&O GP7 5821 slows to pick up orders at Mershon Jct. before entering GTW trackage for the short trip through town to Paines Jct. and a return to home rails. From there the train will work it's way across Michigan switching every small town along the way until it reaches Grand Rapids. The line was called the Turkey Trail and the crew would often go on the law. Also see photo ID 215781 |
