Illinois Central 3110 North is pumping air after working "MI'', the old telegraph call letters for Mt. Pulaski, Illinois. The 3110 is on the CNIC's Peoria Local, which operates daily as a turn out of Decatur, Illinois. The 3110 is also a one of a kind with the modified (Illinois) which appears on the firemans side of the engine. STEVE SMEDLEY PHOTO
