Once part of the bustling Lehigh Valley Railroad Mainline, this signal bridge now stands solemnly in a sea of overgrown brush and vegetation. Spanning the Lehigh Valley Railroad's mainline tracks through Phillipsburg, this bridge saw its last train during the early Conrail years. A parallel routing belonging to the Jersey Central Railroad was deemed the more favorable route through Phillipsburg by Conrail, resulting in the Lehigh Valley route being abandoned.
