Remarks & Notes
RS18u # 1829 lives up to the Alco designation of honorary steam locomotive. The north end of the flat switch yard at Saratoga was always good for Alco smoke when they were in town. The yard job this day was in the hands of the RS18u and RS23 # 8025 as they work a cut of Vermont Railway interchange. The TankTrain cars were and continue to be a regular move between the Port of Albany, NY and Burlington Vt.
