Remarks & Notes 
UP 9326 pinch-hits for the famous steamer 844, which had broken down the day before at the '99 Sacramento Railfair. The train was a one-day excursion from Sacramento to the Feather River Canyon. Many fans turned out here - just east of Binney Junction in Marysville. And many groans were heard as the train arrived pulled by diesel instead of steam.
