| 1954 or 2008? Visiting the Llangollen Railway's 2008 Railcar Gala from the Ecclesbourne Valley Railway, former test-car Derby Lightweight no. M79900 “Iris” pauses in the sun at Llangollen station before departing with the 09.30 to Carrog. All forms of these original Derby Lightweights are my favourite of all first-generation DMU types. |
