| Valley Railroad Consolidation #97 emerges from deep shadow and crosses the Falls River with the 3:30 PM excursion train. Railfans have noticed that VRR locomotives don't smoke much and this is very much by design. The crews are very diligent about firing as cleanly as possible so as to minimize the soot and cinders and keep their trackside neighbors happy. |
