| Just minutes after sunrise, the PRS came down the hill to Dock 6 in Duluth with DM&IR 212 in the lead. As he reached the dock, we heard the dock foreman tell him he had a big oil leak. The 212 was shut down and now sits outside the shop at Proctor awaiting its fate. |
