Snow in Pittsburgh is not as frequent as cities such as Buffalo or Cleveland but they do get their share each winter. Here one of photographer Joe Jessel’s charters poses as a Route 44 KNOXVILLE car on the very narrow Charles St east of Beltzhoover Av.
