Union Pacific's Roper, UT to Green River, WY manifest cruises effortlessly through Salt Lake City's Grant Tower with a surprise visitor from BNSF in the power consist. Kessler Peak of the Oquirrh Mountains is visible in the morning haze. Lots of urban condominiums have popped up here in recent years. This particular development is sandwiched between interstate 15 and the tracks. Luckily for these urban residents, this area is now a train whistle free zone.
