| The CSX Derby Special rolls through Frankfort on a rainy Derby Day. The rear end is just exiting the tunnel as the head end approaches the photographer. Usually the Governor of Kentucky is onboard the train with his party but due to a state budget shortfall it was deemed to expsive to cover the cost of the train. The Governor and friends traveled via motorcoach. CSX used the train for its own executives and clients this year. |
