| UP's Katy heritage engine sits on display across from the former MKT depot in Katy, TX. The Katy RR Historical Society (http://www.katyrailroad.org/) was holding their spring meet in town. The depot is operated by the Katy, TX Heritage Society (http://www.katyheritagesociety.com/). This is the former MKT mainline between Houston and San Antonio. It was ripped up several years ago between Houston and the east side of Katy. |
