Norfolk Southern 4000, a Progress Rail PR43C that has arrrived Good Yards in Normal, Illinois on August 11, 2009, returns to the yard after working MidWest Fiber warehouse. The Caterpillar powered locomotive is scheduled to be paired with NS 4001 which has been in captive service and testing out of Normal for the last six weeks. STEVE SMEDLEY PHOTO
