Under dark and brooding skies, typical Yorkshire Dales weather, the 'Cumbrian Mountain Express' passes westbound over the elegant three arch viaduct at Gargrave. The ghastly and unsympathetic use of the land and (worse) the concrete blocking under the far arch have somehow evaded the strict regional planning regulations. The cows graze on, unconcerned with such matters.
