Flats Industrial RR #12 crosses Bridge 4 on its return trip from Cloggsville, to interchange with NS. Usually, after taking empty covered hoppers to be picked up by NS, they return with loads for the cereal mill. Today the little switcher is running light, as the first rays of sun filter into the valley. I didn't even notice the RTA train on the old Cleveland Union Terminal trackage in the background, until I got home and downloaded my pictures.
