It will soon be one year that the CN took over the EJ&E, although there has been many changes, one would never know by looking at this picture. The EJ&E 703, the only GP38-2 that the J had, (thought by some to be the first to be scrapped,)normally is the primary power used in Waukegan, seen here in Joliet still earning her keep, intact, complete with the J-ball.
