| On a gorgeous Saturday afternoon, a University Line train approaches the station stop at Temple Square along South Temple Street in downtown Salt Lake City. The historic Mormon assembly hall is visible at left, behind it the LDS church office building and above the LRV the old Hotel Utah. Much of what's visible at right (the Hotel Temple Square and the Crossroads Mall) has been torn down to make way for the new City Creek condo and outdoor mall development. Recession...what recession? |
