The Pine River bridge in Rudyard was always a nice spot for a photo on the east end of the Soo. Here we have 804,2230A on #912 with 96 cars on a chilly late Oct. day. The big U-boat was the first U30C to get the parallelogram scheme when it received new paint in 1974. The F7 only would last until March 1979 before it was traded in on a new GP38-2.
