| Pickens' Belton Job exits the S curve as he passes behind the old Taylor Stockyards. I remember passing by here at night and seeing the Stockyard full of life as cattle ranchers and farmers came out in full swing to buy and sell off their cattle. Also more than a decade ago, one could see an NS train pass by this location carrying Wood Chip Hoppers to the now closed Wood Chip Plant a little further down the line. It's easy to say alot has changed... |
