| You never know what you might find in the brush. This coal trestle is all that is left of the former Athens Gas & Fuel Co. The area between the former Georgia Railroad yard and the CofG was once filled with industry but today it has been largely redeveloped. For some reason this relic has survived, unnoticed by all except railroad archeologists and hobos. |
