| Right after the Soo-Milwaukee merger a number of units were swapped from one property to the other even though operations were not fully integrated for a few months. The Soo had about 10 Milwaukee Hiawatha scheme SD40-2's and Milwaukee ended up with around 8 Soo SD40-2's plus a couple Soo GP38-2's. Here before some of the big changes that the merger brought to Upper Michigan, Milwaukee 166, leads Soo 754 and 49 cars on train 910 pumping up air after a set out. |
