Remarks & Notes
The 2' gauge Ffestniog Railway's Engineer Charles E Spooner used a wind powered vehicle as an inspection trolley. This is a 2005-built replica and is part of the UK's national collection. Here a crosswind is necessitating human assistance as 'Spooner's boat' endeavours to cross the cob from Boston Lodge to Porthmadog during the utterly amazing 'Quirks & Curiosities Weekend'.
