The 2' gauge Ffestniog Railway's Engineer Charles E Spooner used a wind powered vehicle as an inspection trolley. This is a 2005-built replica and is part of the UK's national collection. Ffestiniog railway volunteers endeavour to get this unusual vehicle under way for a journey across The Cob to Porthmadog.
