Remarks & Notes
Coyote Basin in far eastern Utah is a large and completely unpopulated area with no paved roads. Only the Deseret Ry. runs out here. This is a 44 car loaded coal train about 10 miles from the Bonanza Power Plant where it will unload. Today's power is DPR 2 in the lead with EA031 and EA012 following. All are General Electric E60's. Both of the trailing units are ex Mexican locomotives still in their original paint.
