| The train is Amtrak's southbound Hilltopper and is being pulled by a RF&P GP7. The Amtrak P30CH was taken off line and set up for trailing movement prior to the train departing Richmond. The RF&P unit will be detached at SCL's Collier Yard in Petersburg and the P30CH will handle the train west of Collier over the N&W. |
