WNYP dispatch notifies the ME-1 of a rollover on the tracks in Cochranton with only a few minutes to spare. A Penn DOT driver, whom blacked out behind the wheel, puts an early end to the ME-1's day as he displaced the rail as he rolled his truck over on the line.
