| A BNSF empty coal train waits in the siding at Winton, WA for a Westbound stack train. This is an export coal train that operates between Spring Creek mine MT to Roberts Bank, BC. Export coal trains in WA are going to see a big increase if the plans for a new coal export faciilty at Cherry Point, WA come to fruition. |
