In a bad buy, these locomotives arrived to Argentina, from Renfe of Spain, without major parts, like generators, traction motors, among other things. The Argentinean goverment, bought 10 of these locomotives, in the above condition. At the present, all of this, are out of service in a Km 5 yard, awaiting spare parts.
