Remarks & Notes
The Amberley Museum and Hertitage Centre in Sussex has a steam powered sawmill. The power today is provided by a John Fowler traction engine, the lumber is being hauled on 2 foot gauge tracks by a small Hunslet 0-4-0ST 542 built in 1891 "Cloister" ex-Dinorwic Quarries, North Wales . The power to move the lumber through the blade is mandraulic!
