Following the blizzard that hit on Decembr 30th, 2010, the first train to roll over the Grand Forks sub was the Manifest from Superior, WI to Grand Forks, ND. The snow varied from spot to spot with as much as 20 inches to only a few inches in the Red River Valley. In Bemidji four foot drifts were formed following 35mph winds the evening before.
