| We are looking across the RF&P main line at Doswell, VA on a hot, humid July, 1982 day as the C&O Richmond Turnaround Local came around the Wye Track with GP39 No. 3909. The signal mast to the left belonged to RF&P and governed southward movements through Doswell interlocking. The freight house also belonged to RF&P and was torn down a couple years later. |
