Amtrak PO69 is seen exiting the Livingston Avenue Bridge into the City of Albany as it begins its trek to Montréal with freshly painted Amtrak Phase 1 P42DC #156. The #156 arrived in the Capital District on the previous days PO48. If you look on the left you can see the ruins of what once was an interlocking tower.
