Correct me if I am wrong, but I do believe this is North Philadelphia. This once grand PRR station predates 30th Street Station by 37 years and now serves as a second "Philly" stop for some Amtrak trains. SEPTA is the primary user of the station. The station itself, the roof to the right just visible is now, however, occupied by another owner.
