Conrail C39 6614 at Liberty Park, in Jersey City, NJ is assembling a train of empty friction bearing ore cars on the National Docks line,. This train will run onto NJTransit. It will return loaded with dirt/gravel fill to extend the Park. Yes, it's the General's only shot of lower Manhattan.
