| Sunset is just a few minutes away as a northbound L&N freight cools it heels at Bell Street waiting for space to open up at S&N Yard a couple miles ahead. It's November, but this is Alabama, so a crew member leans out an open window as he watches a neighborhood resident take a shortcut across the ICG and W of A. The line beyond the geep is SCL's former ACL Dothan line. |
