CSX's 8517, along with two Iowa, Chicago, & Eastern SD40s, haul tankers southbound on the River Line. Here they traverse the causeway on the southern end of Iona Island with the Bear Mountain Bridge - and the nicest sky we've seen in some time - adding to the setting.
