CSXT 4025, a recent rebuild by CSX's Huntington Locomotive shops leads the southbound 2011 Clinchfield Santa Train. Formerly, CSXT SD40-2 8184, and originally L&N 3556, CSXT 4025 has been completely rebuilt from the frame up. Noticeable changes include a new cab and nose from Wabtec and an interior digital computer control stand. Additional exterior changes include rebuilt trucks and other refurbished equipment. As of November 2011, CSX has rebuilt 29 SD40-2's into SD40-3 locomotives.
