On Tuesday February 7th NECR train OCS-1 took officials from the NECR, Canadian National and the Providence & Worcester from St. Albans, VT to Worcester, MA. The consist included NECR GP38 3857, P&W GP38-2 2008, P&W E9B 668 (HEP), P&W 8340 “Connecticut” coach, P&W 4587 “Massachusetts” coach, and Theater Car "Sandford Fleming" CN 1060. The train is pictured crossing the White River at West Hartford VT with light snow falling.
