New England Central Railroad GP38 3847 is seen rolling a passenger train consist, that is made up of Green Mountain Railroad and Iowa Pacific Holdings (SLRG) equipment, northwardly toward Montpelier, VT, where it will be used for a hosting Legislative luncheon and receptions on April 4.
