| After recent heavy rain the Scenic Napier - Gisborne line has been severed, its fate hanging on a string as to whether the $3.5-4.5M fixes will be made. After having the original destination cut off, Steam Incoporated's "Eastland Scenic Daylight" has instead headed to the furthest north crossing loop, Kopuawhara, to provide the punters with possibly the last train to traverse this stunning section.
Lets hope it isn't!
