| Foreign Power on the Chemical Coast - The federal gov’t mandates that refineries blend a certain amount of renewable fuels into gasoline. Because of this, the Chemical Coast Secondary is frequented by ethanol trains from the Midwest. This CN ethanol tanker train had a covered hopper in front to serve as a buffer. |
