Another inbound run on an already muggy, Philly style morning. At the time, 203 was among the few Bullets, which had yet to surrender their original square corner wind shields, in favor of the more "modern" style having rounded corners. It is hoped that one of the groups, working to restore a Brill Bullet, might consider recapturing the unique original styling
