Remarks & Notes
Double-Up- It's been years since I've seen a train double-up a hill, voluntarily... This Marquette Rail crew, squeaked up into Brohman, in rain and leaves a few miles back, making the decision to double up this hill all the easier.. Now on their second assault out of Newyago, the Grand Rapids bound Z151, screams up under rustic color and bridge, just short of Grant Michigan, on the Marquette's exPM/C&O/CSX main.

Pictures of things often unseen in the world of railroading. Interesting equipment, operations, and people that help the railroad go around.
