Beiber Fever. While walking onto the 14th Street overpass to see one of the stars of Amtrak's fleet of P42DCs, Phase II heritage unit #66, I was shocked to see packs of teenage girls walking towards to nearby Scottrade Center. Little did I know that in only a couple of hours, Justin Beiber would be performing live. I'll stick with Amtrak 66, thank you!
