| Earlier in the day, 2715 - Southern's last GP35 - powered a turn to Roanoke or Royal City. Now it's finishing out the shift working around downtown. Another memory from the 'good' old days - employees (at least in my neck of the woods) were often notorious litterers of their own workplace. Paper cups sometimes fell like snow when crews were held here at the east end of the siding. |
