As darkness falls on the abandoned coal town of Keystone, eastbound loads struggle upgrade, snaking through town during a late winter snowfall. 100 loads of West Virginia mined coal will soon come to a crawl, as they climb over Elkhorn grade with a pair of older widecabs on the head end.
